Mungkin biasa banget temanya, tapi demi memenuhi hasrat yang terpendam, tetep nekat ngikut deh sekalian berharap dapet doorprize yang biasa dibagiin (koleksi apron menumpuk.com)&lt;br /&gt;Berhubung yang ngikut, kebanyakan ibu2 yang masih awam dengan dunia perbakingan (including me hehehe), akhirnya banyak pertanyaan yang bikin instrukturnya BeTe gara2 ibu2nya gak mudengmudeng hahaha...&lt;br /&gt;kasiaan deh ngeliat instrukturnya kewalahan ngejawab pertanyaan mendasar yang diulang2. Cakra/Kereta Kencana&lt;br /&gt;10 gram garam&lt;br /&gt;15 gram gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;1 butir telor&lt;br /&gt;200 ml air es&lt;br /&gt;20 gram margarine&lt;br /&gt;250 gram korsvet/pastry margarine, giling hingga lemas ^o^&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Ayak  tepung, masukkan garam, gula dan telor, aduk rata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Tuang air sambil diuleni hingga kalis (cukup menggumpal saja, jangan terlalu lama aduknya), diamkan 15 menit di dalam lemari es.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Giling adonan bentuk persegi (kurleb 30x20cm), letakkan k0rsvet ditengah2nya, bungkus korsvet dengan adonan disamping2nya, jangan sampai korsvetnya keluar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Giling panjangtebal 1 cm, lipat single fold (lipat sisi kiri ke kanan hingga memenuhi 2/3lembara, lipat sisi kiri hingga menutupi lembaran kiri) istirahatkan selama 10 menit di lemari es.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Ulangi membuat lipatan single sebanyak 3X&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Terakhir buat lipatan double (lipat bagian kanan ke tengah, lipat juga bagian kiri ke tengah hingga kedua ujung kiri dan kanan bertemu di tengah. margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_L1RLAm32_YQ/SxJ8xecmXhI/AAAAAAAAAIg/G66nkQT2l2I/s320/pancake2.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5409523291853839890" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ayah lagi ngeliat iklan di tipi, trus nyeletuk "apaan tuh div?"&lt;br /&gt;"oh, itu pancake.."&lt;br /&gt;"enak tuh kaya'nya..."muka ayah langsung mupeng :)&lt;br /&gt;"ntar, deh dibuatin..."jawabku sekenanya, padahal gak tau ntarnya kapan..huehehehe&lt;br /&gt;Pas ayah dah brangkat ke toko, ngeliat ada whipped cream, ada jeruk lemon..ya dah siap tempur deh bikin pancakenya...&lt;br /&gt;Setelah gedubragan (lebaaayy..heheh) di dapur ma rhara, selesai deh bikinnya dan segera dibawa ke toko...ayaaah pancakemu dateeeng...&lt;br /&gt;Pas disodorin, :"Ayah, nie pancakenya..."&lt;br /&gt;Secara ayah ngeliat pancake yang di tipi warna ijo, eh pas dah jadi gak sama..."kok gak sama seh..."dengan muka sedikit kecewa...&lt;br /&gt;"udah dicobain dulu...mau yang manis atau asin dulu?"&lt;br /&gt;agak males jawab "asin dulu deh..."&lt;br /&gt;Trus dibawa deh ke ruang tamu...&lt;br /&gt;gak lama ada yang teriak teriak..."enak div...enak banget..enank banget..."ternyata si ayah tu kegirangan dapet pancake yang enak...&lt;br /&gt;huuu...tadi katanya mo yang ijo....&lt;br /&gt;Ganti yang manis, dikasih topping blueberry ma ice cream(adanya rasa strawberry..)&lt;br /&gt;komentarnya???&lt;br /&gt;"enak yang mana yah?yang manis enak banget..yang asin juga..enak semua deh...."&lt;br /&gt;:)&lt;br /&gt;Kasus Ditutup!!!&lt;br /&gt;Eh blom ding...resepnya blom dishare yah...&lt;br /&gt;Ini resepnya...&lt;br /&gt;thanx to yang punya resep aslinya yah..abisnya banyak banget tracenya...ini liat di blognya mamaleha...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Resep Pancake:&lt;br /&gt;250 gram/cc butter milk (aku 250 gram whipped cream plus 1/2 sdt air jerul lemon)&lt;br /&gt;165 gram tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm gula (aku 2 1/2 sdm)&lt;br /&gt;2 sdt baking powder&lt;br /&gt;1 butir telor (aku, karena telornya agak kecil aku pake 2 telor kecil, kocok lepas&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm mentega, cairkan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;Campur bahan kering,terigu, gula, baking powder, dan garam.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan buttermilk dan kocokan telor ke dalam tepung, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan mentega cair, diamkan 15 menit.&lt;br /&gt;Panaskan wajan teflon dengan api kecil, tuangkan satu sendok sayur, biarkan sampai timbul gelembung2, balik. margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_L1RLAm32_YQ/SwVoF3UQtSI/AAAAAAAAAIY/_YeFOzhUaTc/s320/roti+daging.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5405841377685714210" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dah lama pengen bikin roti ini, pas dah bikin jadi binun  mo dijual ato di maem sendiri yah..hahaha&lt;br /&gt;Akhirnya hasrat tuk berbagi kebahagiaan tak terbendung juga, rotinya dibagi2 deeh hehehe...sekalian buat tester...&lt;br /&gt;Resepnya dicopy dari blognya cik ine (makasih...lagi..hehe),tapi metodenya pake sponge dough alias pake' adonan biang.&lt;br /&gt;Hasil akhir..rotinya lembut enyak...&lt;br /&gt;Resep Roti Isi Daging&lt;br /&gt;Adonan Biang:&lt;br /&gt;250 gram terigu cakra (protein tinggi)&lt;br /&gt;1 bungkus (11gram) fermipan/saf instant/ragi instant&lt;br /&gt;70 gram gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;100 cc air&lt;br /&gt;Adonan diaduk, sampai kalis,tutup serbet basah/plastik, diamkan 90 menit (aku taroh dalam oven kompor)/boleh juga dijemur dibawah matahari.Sampai mengembang2 kali lipat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Adonan Roti :&lt;br /&gt;250 gram terigu cakra&lt;br /&gt;75 gram gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;30 gram susu bubuk&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt bread improver(optional)&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt vanili bubuk (aku pake vanili pasta)&lt;br /&gt;5 butir kuning telor&lt;br /&gt;100 cc air (cek yah kalo' kelemesan stop airnya, kalo' terlalu kering tambahin airnya, karena tingkat kelembaban tepung beda2)&lt;br /&gt;100 gram margarine(boleh pake butter juga)&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;Adonan biang yang sudah mengembang 2 kali lipat ditinju,dibuang gasnya&lt;br /&gt;Campur dengan adonan roti, tanpa mentega dan garam, aduk sampai kalis &lt;br /&gt;Tambahkan margarine dan garam, aduk sampai kalis elastis.&lt;br /&gt;Diamkan 60 menit.&lt;br /&gt;Buang gasnya, timbang @45-50 gram(terserah, rounding(bentuk bulet), diamkan 10 menit.&lt;br /&gt;Buang gasnya, kasih odanan isi, bentuk sesuai selera--&gt;aku bentuk bulet, cetak di loyang bulet2 yang dioles mentega putih, diamkan 90 menit, oles pakai susu evaporated ---&gt;aku tabur pake seledri cincang&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan di oven yang sudah dipanaskan sebelumnya 180 derajat celcius, selama kurleb 10 menit (ovenku)&lt;br /&gt;Keluarkan dari oven, oles dengan margarine.&lt;br /&gt;Sajikan..nyummy....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*hasil akhir @44 gram kurleb 23 buah&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan Isi Daging :&lt;br /&gt;200 gram daging cincang&lt;br /&gt;1 buah besar bawang bombay cincang halus&lt;br /&gt;garam&lt;br /&gt;gula&lt;br /&gt;kaldu sapi maggi (terserah)&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm kecap manis&lt;br /&gt;merica&lt;br /&gt;pala&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;cara membuat : &lt;br /&gt;tumis bawang bombay sampai layu, masukkan daging cincang tambahkan bumbu, masak sampai kering, tambahkan seledri cincang. Rebus air, margarine dan gula sampai mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan tepung, aduk kalis.Angkat dari api dan dinginkan.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tambahkan telor 1 per satu.&lt;br /&gt;4. Semprotkan di loyang, oven suhu 200 derajat selama 20 menit.&lt;br /&gt;5. Matikan api, jangan buka oven selama 15 menit. Ambil soes yang sudah jadi.Sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan Vla:&lt;br /&gt;250 cc susu cair&lt;br /&gt;60 gram gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;25 gram maizena&lt;br /&gt;1 kuning telor, kacau dengan garpu.&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm rhum (optional, boleh ganti vanili)&lt;br /&gt;dark cherry secukupnya cincang kasar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;1. Rebus sebagian susu dan gula sampai mendidih dengan api kecil.&lt;br /&gt;2. Aduk sisa susu dengan maizena, tuang ke rebusan susu aduk cepat samapi meletup-letup.Angkat dari api.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tambahkan sedikit adonan vla ke dalam kocokan kuning telor setelah rata masukkan lagi kedalam adonan susu dan tepung.&lt;br /&gt;4. Didihkan kembali sampai meletup letup.Tambahkan cincangan dark cherry.&lt;br /&gt;Angkat dari api sambil terus diaduk samapi uap hilang.Dinginkan (kalo' perlu masukkan ke kulkas, tentunya dalam keadaan dingin)&lt;br /&gt;5. Masukkan ke dalam soes, hias sesuai selera.&lt;br /&gt;6. Campur adonan bahan A dan B, uleni sampai kalis elastis (gak gampang sobek dan membentuk lapisan tipis kalo' ditarik, diamkan 15 menit.&lt;br /&gt;2. Giling tiping kurleb 0,75 cm- 1 cm, diamkan 10 menit, cetak dengan cetakan donut, diamkan lagi 10 menit.&lt;br /&gt;3. Kocok margarine, mentega dan gula halus sebentar aja dengan kecepatan rendah sampai creamy(soalnya kalo' kelamaan ntar guratannya gak terbentuk alias mblebeer)&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan keju dan santan, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan sangraian sagu yang sudah dingin ke adonan, aduk rata.(aku tambahin sedikit tapioka kurbel 10 gram, karena pertama ngeliat adoannya agak lembek, tapi liat dulu adoannya yah..kalo' dah pas gak usah)&lt;br /&gt;4. Semprot dengan spuit, tabur dengan keju (aku simpen bentar di kulkas berikut loyangnya, it works!! adonannya gak terlalu mbleber gitu)&lt;br /&gt;5. Dah lama banget gak makan roti beginian,hehehe kasian yah diriku...&lt;br /&gt;Pagi2 bikin deh, alhamdulillah semua bahan lengkap tersedia. Dan hasilnya, enak, empuk..&lt;br /&gt;Cuman, adonannya agak lembek, kayaknya telor yang aku pakai gedhe2, so air yang 200 ml itu jadi kebanyakan, but it's okay...aku tambahin tepung(kurleb 100 graman..hahaha banyak yah..),plus gula dan seiprit ragi. Di uleni sampai tidak lengket di tangan ( kurang lebih 10 menit).&lt;br /&gt;Diamkan biang selama 1 jam atau sampai mengembang 2 kali (tutup plastik yah...biar gak kering)&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan bahan adonan utama ke dalam biang biang bakpao. Uleni sampai kalis.&lt;br /&gt;Timbang adonan sebesar 30gr, rounding, diamkan 10 menit.&lt;br /&gt;Tipiskan, bentuk menjadi bulat. Siapin bahan2...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_L1RLAm32_YQ/SllucwnsvVI/AAAAAAAAAFA/Vrq0V0Bd60Q/s320/bolukukusresized.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5357434672100719954" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;BOLU KUKUS MEKAR&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;250 gram tepung segitiga atawa gunung bromo&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;250 gram gula pasir (pilih yang putih yah, jangan yang mangkak qiqiqi biar kuenya bersih gak butheg)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2 butir telor (pilihnya jangan yang kekecilan yah...sedang atawa besar/@50 gram)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1 sdt sp/ovalet/tbm&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;180 gram soda (boleh manis, boleh tawar ex. sprite,ato soda)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;aneka pasta (aku pakai, strawberry, lemon, pandan/melon)terserah aja tergantung selera...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;caranya???&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Kukusan dpanasin dulu, tutupnya dikasih serbet biar air gak netes2. siapin cetakan kasih papercup (karena persediaan abis, aku pake kertas roti biasa, digunting kotak, ditumpuk2, gunting yang berjumbaijumbai, ngakalin mode on)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Adonannya gimana? guampang!! mixer aja jadi satu semua bahan sampai kaku..ku..ku..ku...kurleb 15 menit full speed...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;karena pakai kitchen aid gak takut mixernya panas...kalo gak punya dan takut mixernya panas, secara adonannya berat, kocok aja telor gula ma spnya, trus masukin terigu ma sodanya gantian...sssip!!adonan siap diwarnai dan dcetak. Tapi ngeliat resep yang asli kok gak ada Baking powdernya, secara dia pakai cairan...takutnya bantet yahhh...so aku putusin buat nambahin baking powder.&lt;br /&gt;O i ya, aku cuma bikin 1/2 resep aja, juga dimodif dikiiiit....biar pas ma selera akyu...&lt;br /&gt;Eh taunya hasilnya jauuuh dari kata mengecewakan, a.ka. eennnaaakkk banget, ditambahin rasa seger lemon...mmhhhh...enaak deh...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;resep lemon cupcake&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;180 gram gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;80   gram mentega&lt;br /&gt;3 butir telor&lt;br /&gt;180 gram tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;1      sdt    baking powder&lt;br /&gt;100 ml     susu cair&lt;br /&gt;1      sdm  pasta lemon&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;cara membuat :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;ayak terigu dan baking powder, sisihkan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;kocok gula pasir dan mentega sampai lembut.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;masukkan telur satu persatu, kocok hingga lembut.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;tambahkan pasta lemon.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;masukkan ayakan terigu bergantian dengan susu sedikit demi sedikit, campur rata.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;masukkan adonan ke paper cup.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;oven suhu 160 derajat Celcius kurang lebih 30 menit&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Biarkan dingin, hias. Masih banyak banget yang pengen aku lakuin, basiccaly hal2 yang berhubungan dengan dunia wanita. kalo' masalah karir, aku setia dengan profesiku sebagai ibu rumah tangga (i'm so proud of it). Tapi aku pengeeen banget ikut berbagai kursus dan ketrampilan, lets say...computer programming, photoshop (lagi...), corel, menjahit, rias, masak...banyak deeh...o ya pengen kursus bahasa asing lagi (jepang/mandarin/prancis...don't know...).&lt;br /&gt;Pengen banget bisa jadi ibu yang super bisa buat anak2ku (Rhara..n adiknya..Insya Allah...Amin). Tapi heeyy...males2an  terus ternyata gak enak  juga yah, so  turun ke dapur?? it sounds like a good idea yah&lt;br /&gt;Intip2 bahan di dapur, eh nemu mozarella cheezzzz hehehe truuss kepikir gimana kalo' bikin pizza aja lah..&lt;br /&gt;So ini resep dari periplus yang aku modif sendiri, soalnya kalo ' textbooknya suka beda  dan hasilnya kebanyakan sih (berdasarkan pengalaman pribadi sebelumnya)&lt;br /&gt;Sedikit catatan yah rotinya pizza emang gak bisa seempuk roti2 manis biasa, teksturnya agak keras diluar tapi empuk didalam khas roti2 bule gituuu...&lt;br /&gt;Tapi kalo' mau roti empuk liat resep roti manis aja...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Resep Pizza&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan Dough (Rotinya) :&lt;br /&gt;2 cup tepung terigu (sorry kelupaan ngukur gramnya,menyusul yah)&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;1  butir telur yang kecil aja&lt;br /&gt;125 ml air hangat&lt;br /&gt;4 gram ragi instant&lt;br /&gt;2 sdt gula&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan Saos Pizza :&lt;br /&gt;4 sdm minyak untuk menumis&lt;br /&gt;1 bawang bombay ukuran sedang (kalo' besar 1/2 bagian aja)&lt;br /&gt;1 bawang putih cincang halus&lt;br /&gt;4 tomat  rebus bentar kupas kulit potong kotak kecil&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm tomat pasta&lt;br /&gt;3 sdm saos tomat&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt oregano kering&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt basil kering&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;2 sdt gula&lt;br /&gt;kaldu sapi bubuk (optional kalo' kurang garam tambahin kaldu bubuk aja)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Membuat Saos :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tumis bawang bombay api kecil selam 5 menit (sampai bawang bener2 layu)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tambahkan bawang putih cincang tumis kembali selama 1 menit&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan tomat cincang, aduk rata tambahkan sedikit air &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;masukkan tomat pasta dan tomat saos serta bumbu lainnya&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masak hingga mengental dinginkan&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_L1RLAm32_YQ/SWMYNy79wVI/AAAAAAAAACo/XP32ibZXaRk/s1600-h/pizza+ala.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; Secara kalo' minta punya orang pasti dijatah hehehe, jadi deh istrinya yang diberdayakan buat memenuhi hasratnya akan macaroni schotel. Ya sudah, as a good housewife, yoook mariiii......hehehe&lt;br /&gt;Resep ini hasil gogling dari berbagai sumber yang dipersatukan menjadi resep yang ternyata ueeenaaaak banget...alah narcis nya kumaat...&lt;br /&gt;Ini resepnya, dicobain dooong biar bisa sharing kurangnya apa gituuu...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center; font-weight: bold;"&gt;Macaroni Schotel&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;Bahan utama :&lt;br /&gt;200 gram macaroni elbow (yang bentuk kaya' pipa melengkung), rebus di air 2 ltr  garam,minyak selama kurleb 13 menit, tiriskan&lt;br /&gt;2      buah  sosis, iris melintang, potong kecil&lt;br /&gt;1      buah  beef burger, potong kotak kecil&lt;br /&gt;50   gram  kornet&lt;br /&gt;2     btr      telor ayam, kocok lepas tambahkan kornet&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan Saos :&lt;br /&gt;60    gram    margarin untuk menumis&lt;br /&gt;1       buah    bawang bombay (+/-) 100 gram&lt;br /&gt;2       buah    bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;70     gram    tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;70     gram    keju parut&lt;br /&gt;400  ml         susu cair&lt;br /&gt;300  ml         air kaldu (kalo' tidak ada air putih biasa aja)&lt;br /&gt;1       sdt        pala bubuk&lt;br /&gt;1       sdt        merica bubuk&lt;br /&gt;2      buah     maggi kaldu sapi block/ kaldu sapi bubuk 2 sdt&lt;br /&gt;1/2  sdt        garam (optional, sblm kasih garam cicipin dulu yah)&lt;br /&gt;1      sdt        gula&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat  :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay sampai harum, kecilkan api masukkan tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit jaga jangan sampai menggumpal.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan susu dan air pelan2 aduk rata .&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan keju parut aduk rata&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan pala, merica, garam, gula aduk hingga mengental. Kalo' menggumpal ada trik yang aku pakai, blender aja saosnya dijamin lembut banget :)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ambil 3/4 bagian saos campurkan dengan macaroni rebus, sosis, beef burger, aduk rata&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan kocokkan telor dan kornet, aduk rata&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tuang di pinggan tahan panas yang sudah dioles margarine ukuran kurleb 24x24, kalo tak ada pake loyang biasa aja ukuran sama&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tuang sisa saos diatas adonan macaroni ratakan&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Taburi dengan keju parut atau mozarella. pasti yang kebayang rasa segar buah2an dipadu ma lembutnya vla dan kres-nya kulit pie...palagi disantap dalam keadaan dingin...mmhhh..delicioso...&lt;br /&gt;Fruit pie ini dah lama banget bikinnya, skrg br sempet diposting...&lt;br /&gt;Bagi penggemar fruit pie resep fruit pie yang satu ini tidak mengecewakan, malah uenaaaak banget...bener!gak percaya?silahkan dicobain yah...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;FRUIT PIE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Kulit Pie :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;250 gram   margarine&lt;br /&gt;75   gram    gula halus&lt;br /&gt;1/4 sdt       garam&lt;br /&gt;500 gram  tepung terigu segitiga diayak bengan baking powder&lt;br /&gt;1/4 sdt       baking powder&lt;br /&gt;2     sdm     susu cair&lt;br /&gt;1/4 sdt      vanila essence&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cara Bikinnya  :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kocok margarine, gula halus dan garam sampai rata&lt;br /&gt;Tambahin kuning telor sambil dikocok rata&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan terigu, baking powder aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;Tuang susu dan essence vanila, aduk pelan&lt;br /&gt;Istirahatkan 30 menit, bagusnya taroh di klkas gak usah di freezer&lt;br /&gt;Cetak di cetakan fruit pie, bisa yang kecil2 ato yang gedhe terserah&lt;br /&gt;Oven sampai matang&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Vla  :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;200 ml      susu cair&lt;br /&gt;75   gram  gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;25  gram  tepung maizena&lt;br /&gt;1/8 sdt     garam&lt;br /&gt;1               kuning telor kocok&lt;br /&gt;2    sdm   essence rhum zero alkohol (boleh ganti dengan essence vanila)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Topping  :&lt;br /&gt;Buah Kaleng&lt;br /&gt;jelly atau agar2 bening untuk olesan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cara Bikinnya  :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Rebus sebagian susu, sisakan sedikit untuk mencairkan maizena, gula, dan garam aduk hingan agak mendidih.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan larutan maizena. Liat stock dapur semua ada kecuali telor ma dark cherry. So cepet2 hunting ke tbk deket rumah. Setelah setengah mengembang masukkan emulsifier . Tambahkan ayakan terigu, maizena dan coklat bubuk. Setelah tercampur rata masukkan margarine/mentega cair sedikit demi sedikit sampai rata.
